Welcome to Communications Plus

We’re a multi award winning O2 franchise with our head office based in Merseyside. We operate twenty O2 shops mainly in the North West but also in North Wales and North East England. Also at our head office is our O2 Business Centre which is the home of our consumer sales, B2B sales and supporting teams.

As an independent franchise of O2 (Telefónica UK Limited), we sell O2 products and services under the O2 brand in line with O2’s instructions. Being independent means we can provide our own extra level of personal care and support both in our shops and at our O2 Business Centre, and have the strength of the O2 network, products, services and infrastructure supporting us. Managing Director

Steve Roberts, founder and MD of Communications Plus has over 20 years of industry experience. Steve has a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This, coupled with his core values of being structured and disciplined in our approach, underpins how we deliver our customers an award-winning service.

Mike McDade

Sales Director

Michael joined the team in 2007 and from the original shop floor in Bolton progressed to his current role. Mike has a passion for delivering sales through great customer experiences and manages the sales teams across our locations.

Nick Burke

Company Accountant

Nick joined the team in 2013, he has a wealth of experience working for large businesses as an accountant and in business development.

Paul Garton

General Manager

A wealth of experience in operating and managing businesses, and a background in telecommunications.

Anthony Coucill

Operations Manager

With a history in retail, Anthony joined in 2008 and has experience at all levels within our business. As Operations Manager Anthony supports our stores and business centre

A real peoples person, for anything HR and pay related.
