The Finance Director will lead a full strategic review of finance functions, guide business planning, bring expert commercial insight and have a hands-on leadership role with full oversight of Finance and HR.
Corporate Support Specialist (UC) – We’re seeking a highly motivated and skilled UC Corporate Support Specialist to join our team in Rainford. Your primary focus revolves around delivering exceptional customer service. You will have knowledge and experience in Business Phone Systems and Connectivity, including PBX on premise, hosted telephony and SIP products. Your role demands high performance, self-motivation and active engagement within the team, all while maintaining a clear understanding of what constitutes outstanding team performance and customer satisfaction. You’ll excel in providing first-class assistance to customers, addressing their enquiries promptly.
Corporate Support Specialist (Mobile) – As a Corporate Support Specialist, your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional customer service across our mobile customer base. You’ll be the first point of contact for technical and account-related queries, using your expert knowledge of all major UK mobile networks to support and advise our business clients. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role requiring a combination of mobile telecoms experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive, solution-led approach.
