Communications Plus operates from three Business Centres

Since opening as an O2 Franchise business in 2006, Communications Plus grew rapidly to over 20 O2 stores. After being credited as the UK’s most successful and award winning O2 Franchise, O2 Franchise of the Decade, and O2 Franchise of the Year 5 times, we made the decision in 2014 to open our first O2 Business Centre in Rainford, St Helens.

As we had seen previously with our O2 Franchise stores, Communications Plus exceeded all expectations as an O2 business partner and quickly outgrew our office space moving to our new O2 Business Centre / Head Office building on Millbrook Business Park. We completely refurbished the space refurbished into a modern, state-of-the-art office building that accommodates our business sales and support teams.

Where Are We?

We Have Offices in St Helens, Sunderland and Chester

In 2021, we acquired Cellular Solutions in Sunderland. This acquisition allows us to offer a wider range of VoIP solutions, Ultrafast Fibre broadband and landline, and additional networks on top of O2 including Vodafone, EE, Three and Plan.com. On acquisition of Cellular Solutions, their dedicated and passionate team became an extension of the Communications Plus and now operates as our second business centre in Sunderland.

Due to the success of both our teams across our two business centres, we have opened a brand-new office in Chester City Centre.
